Received this and many recipes from a friend who loves to share his recipes with me! And I am so glad!! He raved about this one and I was very impressed how good it turned out!!

Ingredients For beef macaroni skillet

1 Tbspbutter

1 mdonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, chopped

1 lblean ground beef

3 ctomato juice
-
1 cantomato sauce-small size 6oz

2 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 cuncooked elbow macaroni

1bay leaf
-
3/4 ccheddar cheese, grated
How To Make beef macaroni skillet

1Melt butter and cook onion 4-5 minutes. Add garlic & saute 1-2 mins. Put aside in a bowl. Now cook ground beef, until no longer pink. Drain off any fat. Add onion and garlic to beef. Next add all other ingredients - except cheese.

2Cover tightly and simmer until macaroni is done, stirring occassionally. Takes about 25-30 mins. When done add your grated cheddar cheese. It will melt nicely! (Take out the bay leaf!!)

3Note: Sauteed fresh mushrooms may also be added! (I did not try them, but I will next time. It would be a good addition to this dish.
