Ingredients For beef lombardi

1 lbground beef

1-14.5 oz candiced tomatoes

1-10oz canrotel diced tomatoes & green chilies

2 Tbspsugar
-
2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1--6 oz cantomatoe paste

1 Tbspitalian seasoning
-
1-6 oz pkgmedium wide egg noodles

6green onions chopped
-
1 csour cream
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 cmozzarella cheese
-
1 cparmesan cheese
How To Make beef lombardi

1Brown meat in skillet,drain; add chopped tomatoes and salt,pepper,sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe paste and Italian seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.

2Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; add chopped green onions and sour cream. Mix well. Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9x13 pan, pour in noodle mixture,then put meat mixture on top of noodles, then sprinkle cheeses on top evenly. (I put the parmesan on first)

3Bake covered with foil for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and then uncover and cook until nice and brown (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!
