    ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 c
    Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder

    jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 3 c
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

How To Make beef and cheese shells

  • 1
    Mix the ground beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings together. Preheat the oven 350 degrees F.

    Stuff the beef mixture into each of the jumbo pasta shells. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan. Add the stuffed pasta in a single layer. Pour the spaghetti sauce over top.

    Top with mozzarella and bake 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
