    browned lean ground beef
  • 8 c
    par boiled broccoli florets
  • 1 box
    rigatoni's cooked aldente
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 2 to 3 c
    half and half
  • To taste
    sea salt
  • To taste
    fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic

How To Make beef and broccoli rigatoni's casserole

    Pre-Heat Oven to 400* Cooking time 4౦ minutes Prep time approx 35 minutes
