I have been making this dish for many years. When I cook I generally don't measure I like to taste as I go. Is that cheating?

Ingredients For baked tuna noodle casserole

  • 1 Large can
    tuna, packed in water
  • 12 oz
    egg noodles whole wheat
  • 26 oz
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    peas, frozen
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn frozen
  • 1/3 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk low fat
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    celery
  • just a pin
    salt and pepper
  • just a pin
    paprika

How To Make baked tuna noodle casserole

    Preheat oven to 425 F
  • 2
    Cook noodles about 10 min, drain. after they are drained (do not rinse)

    Noodles are Combined with rest of ingredients (except panko) mix well and pour in 9 x 13 sprayed pan or 2 qt casserole dish.

    sprinkle panco on top of casserole.

    bake 15-20 minutes
