Ingredients For baked spaghetti casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 lg
    chopped, green pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 2 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 can
    golden mushroom soup
  • 2
    soup cans of milk
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti

How To Make baked spaghetti casserole

  • 1
    Brown hamburger with the onion and pepper.Drain &sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt.Break spaghetti into thirds. Cook with a little salt & 2 bay leaves according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl combine beef mixture, spaghetti,soups,milk &1 1/2C. cheddar cheese. Put in 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & bake at 350 for 1 hour. This may be divided into 2 smaller casseroles & frozen. Works best if you thaw before baking.
