Ingredients For baked macaroni & cheese w/ smoked sausage

1 lbmacaroni, cooked

12 ozvelvetta cheese, cubed
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1 cmilk
-
salt & pepper to taste

1 pkgbeef smoked sausage, cut into slices

1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 stickbutter, melted
-
1/2 cpanko bread crumbs
How To Make baked macaroni & cheese w/ smoked sausage

1In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni. Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.

2Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.

3Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage. Mix together

4Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like. Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly. ENJOY!!!!
