24jumbo shells

1 pkg8 oz. mini shells

2 cswiss cheese shredded
-
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/2 cmozzarella cheese shedded
-
1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1 chalf and half
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 pinchwhite pepper
-
1 qtvodka sauce
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs

1 Tbspparsley, italian chopped
How To Make baked mac&cheese inside baked mac&cheese

1Cook both pasta shells according to package instructions and set aside. Using a large non stick skillet,melt the butter,add the Swiss,cheddar and half and half,stirring frequently until the cheese have dissolved.

2Add the mini shells to the cheese sauce and set to the side. In a 3 qt. casserole dish spread half of the vodka sauce on the bottom,fill each jumbo shell with the mini shell mixture and arrange in the dish.

3Spread the remaining vodka sauce over the top,cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for thirty minutes. Combine the panko crumbs with the Parmesan cheese,parsley.Uncover the casserole and top with the bread crumb mixture and bake for fifteen more minutes. Plate and serve! Enjoy! :)

4Please note: You can either buy the vodka sauce or make your own. To make the sauce you will need to heat one quart of marinara sauce,add 1/4 cup of vodka,1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of Romano cheese,heat and stir for ten minutes and your done! :)
