Ingredients For bacon-(cheese)burger stroganoff

1 lbGround Beef or Ground Turkey

3 slicebacon or turkey bacon

1/2 conions,chopped

1/4 tsppaprika

3/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

10 3/4 ozcan cream mushroom soup-99% fat free

1 csour cream-fat free or reduced

12 ozpkg. egg noodle,cooked and drained

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make bacon-(cheese)burger stroganoff

1Brown beef with bacon;add onion and cook until soft. Drain and add paprika,salt,pepper;mix well. Stir in soup;cook,uncovered,over low heat for 20minutes,stirring often. Add sour cream and heat through w/o boiling. Toss noodles with butter;top with stroganoff. If you want to make the cheese version-add the Cheese the top or if you want it extra cheesy,you can add bits through out the casserole,then you'll have little pockets of cheese! Yum.(cubes or shredded)
