Easy great kid friendly meal,also a great comfort food for the winter months. Alot healthier than those store bought versions,alot less Salt,also!

Ingredients For bacon-(cheese)burger stroganoff

  • 1 lb
    Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 3 slice
    bacon or turkey bacon
  • 1/2 c
    onions,chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 10 3/4 oz
    can cream mushroom soup-99% fat free
  • 1 c
    sour cream-fat free or reduced
  • 12 oz
    pkg. egg noodle,cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make bacon-(cheese)burger stroganoff

  • 1
    Brown beef with bacon;add onion and cook until soft. Drain and add paprika,salt,pepper;mix well. Stir in soup;cook,uncovered,over low heat for 20minutes,stirring often. Add sour cream and heat through w/o boiling. Toss noodles with butter;top with stroganoff. If you want to make the cheese version-add the Cheese the top or if you want it extra cheesy,you can add bits through out the casserole,then you'll have little pockets of cheese! Yum.(cubes or shredded)
