Ingredients For authentic italian spaghetti and meatballs

    #2 tomatoes
  • 2 can
    6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 sprig
    parsley chopped
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 3/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make authentic italian spaghetti and meatballs

    Mix the first seven ingredients in a sauce pan and cook slowly.

    Blend remaining ingredients together and form into balls. Brown in 3 Tablespoons oil then add them to the tomato sauce and simmer for one hour.
