Had been searching for this recipe for several years (a family favorite!). FINALLY came across it a few day's ago, and am posting it here, to be sure it's saved, and that hopefully other's will enjoy it, too. Soooooooooooooo good!

Ingredients For aurora delight

  • 1 1/2 c
    macaroni, cooked
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp
    dehydrated onion
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 can
    tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can
    van camps pork and beans (do not drain!)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make aurora delight

  • 1
    Brown ground beef.
  • 2
    Mix all ingrediants together, (except cheese), and pour into casserole dish.
  • 3
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 4
    Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly, and cheese has melted.
