Ingredients For asparagus ham fettuccine

  • 4 oz
    uncooked fettuccine noodles
  • 1/2 lb
    asparagus cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked ham, cut into small pieces
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh sage (or 2 teasponns dry sage)
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make asparagus ham fettuccine

  • 1
    Cook fettuccine noodels as directed on package in water. Add the asparagus to the noodles for the last 3 minutes to cook. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.

    Saute ham, onion, sage, and pepper in olive oil until tender. Mix ham mixture and noodle mixture together and saute for 1 minute longer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and mix. Swerve immediatley.
