Ingredients For asian inspired peanut noodles

4 ozlinguini, uncooked

1red bell pepper thinly sliced

3 ozsnow peas

1/2 cscallion sliced 1/4 inch
- PEANUT DRESSING

3 clovegarlic minced

2 tspfresh ginger minced

1/4 ccreamy peanut butter

1/4 crice wine vinegar
-
1/4 clow sodium soy sauce
-
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1 tspsugar
- GARNISH

2 Tbspchopped peanuts (i like dry roasted)

1/3 ccilantro leaves
How To Make asian inspired peanut noodles

1Cook pasta according to package directions. About one minute before pasta is scheduled to be done add snow peas. Cook another minute. Drain pasta and peas and rinse with cold water. Add red pepper and scallions to cooled pasta mixture.

2In separate bowl add all ingredients for the dressing. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over pasta mixture. Toss and place pasta mixture in soup bowls or lettuce leaves for a lighter fare. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.

3This dish tastes like the real thing! Just like you'd get at an Asian restaurant. To stretch the dish, add bean sprouts. You won't be disappointed.
