Ingredients For angel hair with crab and truffle oil

8 ozangel hair pasta

2 cheavy cream

2 clovegarlic, minced

salt, to taste

white pepper, to taste

8 ozcrab meat

1 Tbspwhite truffle oil, plus more for serving

1/2 cParmesan cheese, plus more for serving

green parts of scallions, chopped for garnish
How To Make angel hair with crab and truffle oil

1Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2To the same pan, add the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and white pepper.

3Bring to a boil. Add the cooked pasta and toss in the cream. Add the pasta water and stir.

4Add the crab meat and toss again. Add the truffle oil and stir gently. Add the cheese and let the cheese melt.

5Let cook for about 5 minutes. Place on a plate and top with extra truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions.
