My granddaughter loves this alfredo sauce. She calls it "white sauce". I always use real butter, not margarine, as the butter gives it a rich flavor.

Ingredients For alfredo sauce

1 1/2 stickreal butter

4 clovegarlic, minced

2 cheavy whipping cream

2 cparmesan cheese (shredded)
How To Make alfredo sauce

1Melt the butter but do not let it brown. Add garlic and sautee until it starts to turn light brown.(feel free to add more garlic if you love garlic)

2Add the whipping cream and mix well to incorporate the butter with the cream. (I sometimes lightly use my wisk to make sure it mixes well.) Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the parmesan cheese and stir quickly as it will start to thicken right away.

3Serve over hot, cooked pasta! Yummy!!
