This can be used as a dip with tortillas as well. Just leave out the pasta.

Ingredients For 4 cheese artichoke sauce with pasta

  • 2 can
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, liquid reserved from one can (14 oz each)
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 lb
    penne pasta

How To Make 4 cheese artichoke sauce with pasta

    Add all the ingredients except the pasta with the reserved artichoke liquid into a slow cooker.

    Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring until the cheeses are melted. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and stir into the cheese artichoke sauce.
