2 Tbspold bay seasoning
How To Make zucchini cakes

1Place zucchini in large bowl. Add egg and Old Bay; mix thoroughly.

2Heat oil in frying pan to and place large spoonful of mixture in pan. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

3Any leftover mix should be refrigerated. Drain liquid off top of remaining mixture and stir before cooking more.
