    medium size zucchini
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp

  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

    Preheat oven to 380 degrees, cut zucchini into small cubes or sliced, mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in a casserole baking dish, bake for 30 minutes, or until crusty brown.
