Ingredients For zesty shrimp primavera

8 ozangel hair pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

2 cthinly sliced carrots
-
2 cthin strips od red bell pepper

2 smzucchini thinly sliced

3cloves garlic minced and divided
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 1/2 lbmedium raw shrimp

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make zesty shrimp primavera

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, place in a large shallow bowl and keep warm.

2Heat oil in large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add carrots,bell pepper,zucchini,1 teaspoon garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Add to pasta.

3Melt butter in same pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and remaining garlic. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn just pink. Donot over cook shrimp. Return pasta and vegetables to pan. Add parmesan cheese. Stir gently until well blended.
