I was always intimidated by just the word souffle by decided to try this one and I fell in love with the taste and ease of making it.

Ingredients For world's easiest souffle

grated parmesan cheese

4eggs

4 ozsharp cheddar cheese, cubed

1 pkg(3 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

1/2 cmilk, light cream or half and half

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsponion salt

1/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make world's easiest souffle

1butter bottom and sides of 1-quart souffle dish or casserole. dust with Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Blend at high speed for another 10 to 15 seconds.

3Carefully pour into prepared dish. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and delicately browned. Serve immediately.
