1 tspseasalt

1 tspground pepper

.5 0 .75 cflour for egg shell pie

1/4 cflour or wondra for gravy

11.Egg shell Pie Directions: Mix in a bowll 8 Eggs with 1 Cup Milk or Half and half.

22.Add the 1/2 Cup of Flour and 1/2 teaspoon Seasalt and Ground Pepper to the Wet mix

33.Then pour entire mix into a large DEEP dish pie pan or Medium size DEEP dish Pizza pan.

44.Bake in 350 degree Oven untill the mixture swells on its sides and turn a crispy brown on its edges for approximately 20-25 minutes
