    philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 c
    milk or half and half
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    seasalt
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper
  • .5 0 .75 c
    flour for egg shell pie
  • 1/4 c
    flour or wondra for gravy

How To Make white philly cream gravy... atop egg shell pie

    1.Egg shell Pie Directions: Mix in a bowll 8 Eggs with 1 Cup Milk or Half and half.

    2.Add the 1/2 Cup of Flour and 1/2 teaspoon Seasalt and Ground Pepper to the Wet mix

    3.Then pour entire mix into a large DEEP dish pie pan or Medium size DEEP dish Pizza pan.

    4.Bake in 350 degree Oven untill the mixture swells on its sides and turn a crispy brown on its edges for approximately 20-25 minutes

    5.White Philly Cream Gravy Directions: Cook up on stovetop 1 pound Lean Ground Beef, reserves renderings in pan for the Gravy

    6.Add to the Renderings 1 Cup of Milk or Half and Half, 0.5 teaspoon Seasalt and Ground Pepper and stir into drippings from the reserved renderings of the Lean Ground Beef in Frypan, thoroughly

    7.Add by tablespoonfuls the Philadelphia Cream Cheese until well mixed and warmed.. NOTE: Philly Creamcheese be sure is at room temperature
