This is a very good corn casserole recipe. I have to cook it at every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Dinner. No one else says they can make to taste like mine. HaHa, I think that is used for motivation so they don't have to make it.

Ingredients For white corn casserole

1 pkgwhite frozen shoepeg corn

2 stickbutter, melted

3 Tbspi use heaping tablespoon of flour

2 ozrolls of white cream style corn out of the freezer

1 ptwhipping cream

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make white corn casserole

1I always use an aluminum throw away pan. I put my frozen corn in first and mix my flour really good with the corn. I then add the remainder of the ingredients.

2Stir realy good and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Cook and enjoy. Everyone says it taste like homemade corn.

3I use the aluminum pan because I am usually taking it somewhere else. I just mix it in the aluminum pan.

4While cooking stir the corn every so often.
