1/2 ccanned black or pinto beans, rinsed

1 ozlow fat shredded cheese (your choice)

How To Make weightloss burrito

1Place the beans on the tortilla & sprinkle cheese on top. Toast in toaster oven or bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Sprinkle lettuce & tomato on top. Wrap up into a burrito or eat open-faced.
