Ingredients For venison cubes

1 bottle

coca-cola
3 Tbsp

teriyaki sauce
drakes fry mix (prepare as instructed on package)
4 c

oil in deep fryer

How To Make venison cubes

Cut venison into 1 inch cubes...removing silvery membrane. Soak in mixture of Coca-Cola and Teriyaki sauce in glass dish overnight.

Dredge marinated cubes in flour and dip in prepared Drake's Fry Mix.

Drop by 5-6 cubes at a time in deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. Prepare number of batches = number of guests.

Wonderful with Spring Morels!
