How To Make veggie omelet ( all the things i can eat)

1In a small sause pan put the coconut oil ,asparagus, peppers,red pepper flakes ,onion,and garlic. Saute till tender.

2In another sause pan add the eggs and cream. When they set up put veggies on top and fold.

3Put the sausa and sour cream on top and add the chives. Enjoy!
