Ingredients For veggie omelet ( all the things i can eat)

  • 4 stalk
    asparagus ( dliced)
  • 2 sm
    sweet red peppers (chopped)
  • 2 slice
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 pinch
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    cream
  • dash
    salt and pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 2 Tbsp
    sausa
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    fresh chives

How To Make veggie omelet ( all the things i can eat)

    In a small sause pan put the coconut oil ,asparagus, peppers,red pepper flakes ,onion,and garlic. Saute till tender.

    In another sause pan add the eggs and cream. When they set up put veggies on top and fold.

    Put the sausa and sour cream on top and add the chives. Enjoy!
