Ingredients For veggie burgers

1 lgred onion

1 lgbell pepper
-
3carrots
-
1 smhead cauliflower
-
1 lgstalk broccoli
-
1 calmonds, soaked 12 to 24 hours

1 csunflower seeds, soaked 5 to 6 hours

1/4 csesame seeds, soaked 5 to 6 hours

5 mdgarlic cloves
-
2 Tbspbraggs to taste

1 tspcumin
-
2 Tbspdried cilantro
-
sliced mushrooms
How To Make veggie burgers

1Blend all of the above ingredients and seasonings in a food processor.

2This blended food is your patty mixture.

3Form and put 1/2" thick patties on a teflex sheets and place tray in dehydrator. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8 to 12 hours or until desired texture is obtained.

4Flip your burgers after 4 hours and remove teflex sheets, continue to dehydrate for 4 to 5 hours or until desired moisture is obtained.
