Ingredients For veggie burgers

1 cinstant brown rice, uncooked

1/8 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbsptomato paste

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cshredded carrots
-
1 cankidney beans, drained (15 ounce)

1/4 lbfresh mushrooms
-
1 smonion, diced
-
2egg whites, lightly beaten
How To Make veggie burgers

1Place first four ingredients into food processor. Mix until finely chopped. Place mix in a large bowl.

2Add carrot and next 6 ingredients to rice mixture. Stirring well. Shape into patties that are the size of your choice of bun.

3Cook on grill or stove top griddle about 5 minutes on each side.
