Ingredients For vegetarian fried rice

3 cparboiled rice, cooked and cold

2scallions, chopped

3 clovegarlic, smashed

1/2 tspginger

2 Tbspsesame oil

1 bunchasparagus, chopped

1 cpeas/carrots, frozen
-
1 bunchbean sprouts, fresh

3eggs, scrambled

1/2 csoy sauce
How To Make vegetarian fried rice

1preferably in a wok, but can be also made in a large pan. saute in the sesame oil the scallions, garlic, ginger and asparagus for about 1 min, remove and set aside.

2stir fry the rice with the soy sauce till well combined and nicely browned.

3scramble the eggs and microwave 2 mins, chop up.

4add everything back to rice,including the frozen peas and carrots, stir and let cook another 15 mins on medium, till peas and carrots defrost.
