You can use any veggies you want. This is what veggies I had on hand. This is a great sauce to use up whatever fresh veggies you have left over.

- FOR THE STIR-FRY SAUCE

1/2 cchicken stock or vegetable stock

1/4 cchinese rice wine

3 Tbspoyster sauce

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspmirin
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 tsptoasted sesame oil
- FOR THE VEGGIES

8 ozcremini mushrooms
-
2 ozenoki mushrooms
-
1 cshredded carrots
-
1leek sliced white and light green parts only

4scallions diced
-
1 csnow peas
-
chopped nuts
How To Make vegetable stir- fry w garlic oyster stir-fry sauce

1Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

2Add some oil to a wok or large saute pan. Add the veggies and stir fry until softened. Add the sauce and bring to a boil and let thicken a bit. Remove fro heat and serve over rice or rice noodles. Top with nuts
