You can use any veggies you want. This is what veggies I had on hand. This is a great sauce to use up whatever fresh veggies you have left over.

Ingredients For vegetable stir- fry w garlic oyster stir-fry sauce

  • FOR THE STIR-FRY SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 1/4 c
    chinese rice wine
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    mirin
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • FOR THE VEGGIES
  • 8 oz
    cremini mushrooms
  • 2 oz
    enoki mushrooms
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    leek sliced white and light green parts only
  • 4
    scallions diced
  • 1 c
    snow peas
  • chopped nuts

How To Make vegetable stir- fry w garlic oyster stir-fry sauce

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

    Add some oil to a wok or large saute pan. Add the veggies and stir fry until softened. Add the sauce and bring to a boil and let thicken a bit. Remove fro heat and serve over rice or rice noodles. Top with nuts
