Stephanie Lange's wrap recipe from her YouTube channel. I used the amounts she used in her video (as indicated by **) and since she very rarely uses measurements, unless specified, all other measurements are "to taste" :) Note: Since she used boiled beans and did not measure them out, I suggest using 1 can of beans, rinsed, where the recipe calls for it. She also included homemade cashew cheese in her video, but because there is no recipe for it, I chose not to include it.

Ingredients For vegan burrito wraps with guacamole
- BURRITO WRAPS

1**yellow onion

1** lgcarrot
-
1**whole garlic
-
1** lgbell pepper
-
black beans
-
red kidney beans
-
passata
-
onion powder
-
garlic powder
-
paprika
-
chili powder
-
fresh baby spinach
-
cherry tomatoes

tortilla wraps
- GUACAMOLE

avocados
-
red onion, finely chopped

whole garlic, finely chopped

balsamic vinegar

1/2lemon, juice only
How To Make vegan burrito wraps with guacamole

1Sautee onion, carrot, bell pepper & garlic over medium heat until softened.

2Add beans, spices & passata. Continue to cook until beans are soft and heated through.

3Meanwhile, combine guacamole ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Smash and mix well. Set aside.

4Spoon bean mixture onto wrap. Add spinach, tomatoes and guacamole as desired. Wrap & serve.
