Ingredients For uncle buck's venison kabobs

green peppers
-
onions
-
mushrooms
-
1/8 tspginger

1/4 tspsweet basil

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspcelery salt
-
1/4 tsponion salt
-
1/4 tspfresh garlic
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1/4 ccranberry juice
-
cherry tomatoes
How To Make uncle buck's venison kabobs

1Mix juice, oil and spices.

2Marinate the venison kabobs overnight or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

3Thread the kabob on skewers.

4Alternate skewered meat with mushrooms, onion and green peppers.

5Grill over hot fire for several minutes.

6Do not overcook.

7While cooking, baste meat and vegetables several times with leftover marina.

8Serve on a warmed platter.
