Ingredients For turkey pesto crepes

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 16 oz
    turkey deli meat
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella chese
  • 2
    roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 c
    alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 dash
    store bought pesto or make your own

How To Make turkey pesto crepes

  • 1
    Shift together flour and salt. In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, eggs, milk vanilla and butter. Slowly whisk into the flour mixture.

    Spray a crepe pan or large skillet with cooking spray. Pour a thin layer of crepe mix onto the pan and swirl it to cover the pan. Brown on one side then flip to brown the other side. Repeat until all the crepes are made.

    Spread the pesto on each crepe. Top with turkey, Cheese, tomatoes, and alfalfa sprouts. Fold in half then in half again. Serve warm
