Ingredients For turkey chili

1 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion

1 mdcauliflower, small florets

8 ozcream cheese

1 canchicken broth
-
1 candiced tomatoes with chili's

1/2 csour cream

1 pkgwhite chili seasoning mix

1 cturkey
-
1 bunchcilantro, fresh

1 pkgcheddar cheese, shredded

salt and pepper
How To Make turkey chili

1Over medium high heat in a large stock pot add olive oil, chopped onion, and cauliflower florets. Cook until onion is translucent.

2Add cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, tomatoes, and seasoning packet. Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thick and bubbly.

3Add turkey, and cilantro. Continue to simmer over medium heat 5-10min. Add salt and pepper to taste

4Serve hot. Top with shredded cheese.
