1 1/2 ccorn mesa flour

3 Tbspground cumin

1/3 cchili powder

2 Tbspgarlicpowder

8 ccold water

1 cday old black coffee
-
1 - ( 28) ozcan tomato juice

2- ( 8 ) ozcans tomato sauce

1- (28) ozcan chili beans

1 lbsmoked sausage diced up

1/2 cpacked brown sugar
How To Make touchdown chili

1COOK THE GROUND MEATS WITH THE ONIONS, BELL PEPPER, ADD A LITTLE SALT. DRAIN OFF FAT.

2IN A LARGE DUTCH OVEN, MIX MESA FLOUR, OREGANO, CUMIN, CHILI POWDER, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, INTO THE COLD WATER AND COFFEE; MIX UNTIL THERE IS NO LUMPS. ADD TOMATO JUICE, TOMATO SAUCE AND CHILI BEANS; BRING TO A BOIL. ADD SMOKED SAUSAGE AND BROWN SUGAR. REDUCE HEAT TO A SIMMER FOR 4 HOURS, STIRRING OFTEN.
