Baked chicken thighs Buffalo wing style in tiger sauce. The relish I made on the chicken thighs was jalapeno, banana peppers, blue cheese, and tiger sauce. It is so good with potatoes au gratin, macaroni and cheese, rice dressing, and salad.

8 clarge fresh chicken thighs (skin-on)

4 tspcreole seasoning

2 tspground ginger

1/2 ccreamy wing sauce

1 citalian dressing
-
1 choney mustard
-
1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 ctiger sauce,divided
-
4jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

2banana peppers, chopped
-
1 ccrumbled blue cheese
How To Make tiger buffalo baked chicken thighs

1Place chicken thighs in a large container. Season with creole seasoning and ground ginger; mix well.

2Combine wing sauce, Italian seasoning, honey mustard, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of tiger sauce; mix together until blended. Cover and marinade for 6 hours.

3In a large food processor, add diced jalapenos, chopped banana peppers, crumbled blue cheese, and remaining tiger sauce, and grind for 3 minutes until the mixture is combined.

4Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat with cooking spray.

5Use a tongs to grab the chicken thighs out of the container and tranfser to a baking sheet.

6Spread the relish mixture on each chicken thighs. Bake in 375 for 25 minutes. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
