This chili is by far the best I have ever had and I am not being biased, either. I really love chili and have had all different kinds. It has also won in two chili cook-offs. It's unique in the fact that it had 3 meats, 3 veggies, and 3 beans. Also, the beef in au jus is the kicker. So delicious!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This chili is spicy and smoky with bold flavors. The mix of beans, meat, and veggies is great. Each type of meat gives a different flavor to the chili. There is a slightly sweet and hot flavor to it. This was a hit in the Test Kitchen! Serve with cornbread, and your family will smile.
