My kids and I were in the kitchen looking to make a quick lunch. We had been spending a lazy day watching movies, one of which was "Paul Blart, Mall Cop". Once in the kitchen, the ingredients on hand kind of formed a life of their own and the result was an awesome sandwich dedicated to our special day. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For the paul b.l.a.r.t. sandwich

8 slicebread (your favorite kind, toasted if desired)

1 lbbacon, cooked

1 bunchlettuce leaves

2avocados peeled, cored, and sliced

1 pkgalfalfa sprouts (optional)

1 bottleranch dressing

8 slicetomato (2 per sandwich)
How To Make the paul b.l.a.r.t. sandwich

1Toast bread, if desired. Spread ranch on both pieces of bread. Stack the remaining ingredients between the slices. Enjoy!!! I like the addition of the alfalfa sprouts for a different texture and added flavor.
