1-1/2 ccooked chicken breast-shredded

3 crice, cooked and hot

1-1/2 cbroccoli florets
-
2 cpeas and carrots, frozen

2 cmushrooms -chopped
-
1 cred bell pepper-diced

2 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspwater
-
1 cgreen bell pepper
- DRESSING
-
2/3 csoy sauce
-
1/3 cbrown sugar, lightly packed
-
1 tspginger
-
1 Tbspgarlic-minced
-
1/2 cwater
How To Make teriyaki chicken veggie stir fry skillet

1Start by cooking rice. I use an Electric Rice Cooker. Recipe for cooking Rice should be on the pkg. Set aside.

2In a Nonstick, melt 2, T. Olive oil and 2 T Butter. Add in Veggies and sauté on Med/ High heat.

3Add in shredded chicken. Continue to stir heating chicken through and making sure veggies are done.

4Meanwhile, whisk up all Teriyaki dressing in a bowl. Add in 2 T cornstarch and 2 T. water. whisk again to combine. Add sauce to skillet of veggies. Sauce should thicken.

5Gradually add Rice to Skillet. Mix until all is combined.. Grab some bowls/chopsticks or forks because it's time to EAT!
