Always looking for something quick after a long day at work to make for my family. This recipe is one of my favorites to fix for a party or a family meal. I've used turkey instead of ham. Used Wasabi or Chapolte Mayo. What ever you are in the mood for. Take the basics and add to your hearts content. Serve with a tossed salad, or some French Fries, any favorite side will compliment this dish.
