Ingredients For stuffed poblano pepper

2 lgpoblano peppers (skinned,halved,cleaned)

1/4 cla preferida refried beans

1/4 cmateo's salsa

1/4 ccooked rice

1/4 conion diced

1/2 cpeppers diced (mix hot and sweet to taste)

1/2 stickkielbasa sausage

few dashsriracha hot chili sauce, chili pepper mix to taste

1/2 cshredded mexican 4 cheese
How To Make stuffed poblano pepper

1char poblano peppers over open flame, scrape off outer skin, slice in half and remove seeds (save seeds)

2in a bowl mix rest of ingredients except cheese, mix thoroughly and fill sliced poblano peppers.

3bake in a preheated 350' oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
