Ingredients For stuffed cabbage rolls with fire roasted tomatoes

  • 5-6
    cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 sm
    green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 sm
    red pepper, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 sm
    onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice, uncooked
  • 1 can
    fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • salt and pepper

How To Make stuffed cabbage rolls with fire roasted tomatoes

    Start by boiling the cabbage leaves about 10 mins, just to make pliable.

    in a bowl combine all ingredients, except tomatoes & wine

    Place the tomatoes as well as the white wine in a oven safe dish
  • 4
    fill each cabbage leaf, equally with the meat mixture, and fold up, then tuck in sides and roll, place seam down in dish.

    cover with foil paper and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
