Good use of fall's bounty of squash. Butternut, crooked neck or acorn is good to use.

Ingredients For squash medley

  • 4 c
    cooked squash, drained
  • 1 c
    cooked, chopped ham
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • bread crumbs

How To Make squash medley

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake until firm in 350 degree oven.
