  • DRESSING
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • BOWL
  • 1 c
    cooked drained and cooled cellophane noodles
  • 1/4
    head red cabbage, cored and chopped small
  • 1
    fresno chili, seeded and minced
  • 1
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1/2
    cucumber, cut into match sticks
  • 1/2 c
    roasted chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, chopped, plus more for garnish

How To Make spring roll noodle bowl

  • 1
    Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a large bowl.

    Add the bowl ingredients to the dressing and mix well.

    Divide between two bowls and garnish with basil leaves.
