How To Make spicy yellow cucumber with mutton

1take cucumber and peel it and take out the seeds then cut .cut all the vegetable finely .keep it aside

2take a cooker add oil and add onion,greenchilli .let it become brown then add tomatoes ,garlic ginger paste , mutton ,cucumber chopped,dry spices.cook then on high flame 5-6mins ,then add water and keep lid and wait for 4-5 vessels

3after that take out the lid and add tamarind puree then cook for 5-10 mins add coriander leaves ready to serve with rice
