Ingredients For spicy yellow cucumber with mutton

    round yellow cucumber (dosakai)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlicgingerpaste
  • salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 150 g
    mutton pieces with bones
  • 2 md
    tomatoes
  • 2-3 md
    green chillies
  • 1 c
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 bunch
    coriander leaves
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    tamarind puree
  • 2 c
    water
  • oil

How To Make spicy yellow cucumber with mutton

    take cucumber and peel it and take out the seeds then cut .cut all the vegetable finely .keep it aside

    take a cooker add oil and add onion,greenchilli .let it become brown then add tomatoes ,garlic ginger paste , mutton ,cucumber chopped,dry spices.cook then on high flame 5-6mins ,then add water and keep lid and wait for 4-5 vessels

    after that take out the lid and add tamarind puree then cook for 5-10 mins add coriander leaves ready to serve with rice
