15 ozkidney beans, canned

15 ozblack beans, canned

15 oztomatoes, canned italian-style and diced

15 oztomato paste

1 cwater

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspground cumin

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper

1 dashsriracha sauce
-
mustard

sour creme
How To Make slightly spicy chili

1Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Add both to a large pot with the olive oil and cook over medium heat until they are soft and transparent. Add the ground beef and continue to sauté until the beef is fully browned.

2Drain the beans and add them to the pot along with the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup water, and all of the ingredients for the chili seasoning. Add sriracha sauce. Stir until well combined. Place a lid on the pot and allow it to simmer over a low flame for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally (the flavor gets better the longer it simmers).

3Scoop into bowls, add mustard and sour creme (if desired), and enjoy!
