This is a great recipe. I kinda cheat some and used mashed potato flakes. I got the recipe from a dear friend of mine amanda :)

Ingredients For skillet shepherd's pie

1 lbground beef

2 cfrozen corn, thawed

2 Tbspketchup

2 tspminced garlic

1 Tbspflour

3 1/2 cmashed potatoes

1 cchopped onion

2 cfrozen peas, thawed

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cboiling water
-
1/2 csour cream
-
3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make skillet shepherd's pie

1In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in corn, peas, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and garlic. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 mins.

2Meanwhile, in a small bowl, dissolve bouillion cube in water. combine flour in sour cream till smooth, add to bouillion. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Spread the mashed potatoeson top, sprinkle with cheese. cover and cook till potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
