Ingredients For skillet lasagna

  • 8 oz
    bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lb
    sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 jar
    (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 c
    ricotta cheese

How To Make skillet lasagna

  • 1
    cook noodles according to package directions. drain, set aside.
  • 2
    in a large skillet, brown sausage and ground beef. drain fat and return meat to skillet.
  • 3
    add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • 4
    add spaghetti sauce, basil, mozzarella cheese and ricotta to the meat. stir to combine.
  • 5
    add noodles and stir to coat thoroughly. simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. top with additionally cheese if desired.
