This I got inspired from a friend recipe of bubble n squeak I love using cabbage and sausage here my version of a Tuscan italian style week night dinner

Ingredients For sizzle n squeak

  • 1 pkg
    gluten free italian sausages
  • shredded cabbage
  • 3 dash
    onions
  • 5
    parmesan cheese
  • 6 dash
    gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp
    garlic oil

How To Make sizzle n squeak

  • 1
    Cook sausage in oven safe fry pan if there already fully cooked just heat through and crisp up the sausage and place on a plate
  • 2
    Slice up onions and put in same frying pan add shredded cabbage add garlic oil cook for about 8 mins or till onions are tender
  • 3
    Add back Italian sausage to the frying pan placing the sausage on top of the cabbage mixture once there placed all around add the breadcrumbs to each sausage. And do same with the cheese

    Take frying pan off the stove top place it in oven put to high broil cook for about 5 to 10 mins or till breadcrumbs and cheese are bubbling and crisped up take out and enjoy!
