Ingredients For singapore noodles

  • 6 oz
    rice sticks
  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 lb
    large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 lg
    eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    cilantro leaves
  • SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    each oyster sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, and dark brown sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch

How To Make singapore noodles

    Soak the rice sticks in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.

    Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.

    Place oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and stir fry until softened. Add the chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and rice sticks. Cook 1 minute. Push the noodles to the side and add the eggs and let them set up then stir them into the noodles.

    Add the sauce and cook until bubbly and well combined with the noodles. Serve sprinkled with cilantro
