Ingredients For shrimp thermidor

1 Tbspbutter

1/4 cgreen onions, sliced

2 Tbspgreen bell pepper, diced

10 3/4 ozcan of condensed cream of potato soup

3/4 chalf and half cream
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspdried tarragon
-
1/2 tspground mustard seed
-
1 1/2 ccooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed

2 cof either cooked white rice or cooked angel hair pasta
How To Make shrimp thermidor

1Sauté onion and peppers in butter over medium heat until tender.
Stir in soup and half and half and heat slowly, stirring constantly, to a boil.
Stir in cheese, lemon juice, spices and shrimp.
