Ingredients For shrimp thermidor

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 10 3/4 oz
    can of condensed cream of potato soup
  • 3/4 c
    half and half cream
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
  • 2 c
    of either cooked white rice or cooked angel hair pasta

How To Make shrimp thermidor

  • 1
    Sauté onion and peppers in butter over medium heat until tender. Stir in soup and half and half and heat slowly, stirring constantly, to a boil. Stir in cheese, lemon juice, spices and shrimp. Heat through. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
